hours prior to show time on the night of the event.
What to do if you lost your email
ticket.
You will need to have the ticket number
(e.g 20090716323141546) that you were given on the website
once the purchase of the tickets was made. With this number you can
either call (604.455.8888 from Monday to Friday from 10am to
5pm) to have your tickets emailed, assigned to be picked up at
Will Call OR arrive at the ticket windows at the Langley Events
Centre which open 1 to 1½ hours prior to show time.
What to do if you want to buy more than the
maximum number of tickets per session.

What to do if you don't have an email
address.
Please choose the Will Call option on the website so you can
pick up the tickets at the Langley Events Centre which is open 1 to
1½ hours prior to the event. You will need to bring 1 piece of
Government issued picture ID or 2 pieces of other Government Issued
ID in the name of the person specified to be picking up the
tickets.
